TOS / WILL & WONTS
All communication will be through my email: [email protected]
-I only accept payment through Paypal and Invoice ONLY (i will send you an invoice once all information is confirmed)
-All prices are in USD only
-Please be patient with my responses to emails, I always try to respond as quickly as possible!
-I will only start a commission after full payment is sent and will only refund under extreme circumstances (ie. i am not able to finish your commission because of X/Y reason)
-Once I am done with the sketch, I will send you a WIP (low-resolution and watermarked), this is when you need to let me know of any changes you will want. After this stage is done, I will not make any further edits!
-When commissioning me, you are confirming you are of legal age and or have parental permission to go through with payment!
-All customer details are only between myself and the said commissioner (this includes email, paypal info, etc.)
-The “Will’s / Wont’s” below are a guideline, but I may find something you request uncomfortable in that moment and deny it so please keep that in mind!
-Commissions with set dates are not allowed to be requested if the deadline is less than 2-3 weeks away.
-There will be NO FEE for wanting a transparent version for MOST of my commissions, it will always be included when asked! :)
-You will see in my prices I have a different additional price for “props, I define “props” as the following (NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ON IF SOMETHING IS CONSIDERED A PROP OR NOT, FEEL FREE TO ASK ME! :D ):

FAQ
Q: Do you have a waitlist?
A: Yes, but no(?), most of the time i DO accept people who ask to be put on a wait list but its usually only people who know exactly what they want for a commission and have a commission i'm interested in. i will always try to contact wait listers a few days before i open up my commissions again to gauge interest.

Q: What type of payment do you take / what service do you use to take commissions?
A: all my prices are in USD only so any conversions will have to be done by the client. i use paypal for all my transactions and do invoice ONLY.

Q: What is the best way I can make sure I can get a commission from you?
A: The best way is to fill out the forms I provide for each batch I take and PROPERLY fill out the information. If you are ignoring how I have my commission process set up and send me a disorganized form, I am more likely to not take your commission.

Q: How long can I expect my commission to take?
A: It really comes down to what type of commission you are getting and how complicated your character design is / how many characters you commissioned. I usually tell all my clients how long I estimate their commission to take and I update my queue and clients regularly especially if there are any delays. Overall, I try not to take more than 4 months on a commission but obviously, there is always exceptions.

Q: Once I've been accepted, how can I expect the commission process / scheduling to go?
A: I work on my commissions on a "first come, first served" basis UNLESS there is a very tight concrete deadline a client has. I work on each commission one at a time and do not move onto the next until i have completed the last one in the queue.

Q: How soon can I make my deadline from the time I'm approved as a client / request a commission?
A: i am not likely to accept a commission that has a deadline of less than 2-3 weeks. please always make sure your deadline has at least a 30+ day window (1 month). if i do accept a deadline of less than 30+ days, there will be an additional fee added onto your total commission.
